Pop-Up Proposals
A full-service proposal, planned and shot by Sullivan Creative Co, then handed to the same team for the wedding after. One relationship, start to finish.
This is a leave-behind for one conversation, yours. Nothing on this page is booked, priced, or final until we say so together.
One couple, three chapters. Everyone else only gets the first one.
The national proposal-planning brands, and the local one running out of Greenville, book the moment and disappear. Sullivan Creative already owns the third chapter: real couples are booking wedding photo and film through us right now. This offer just moves us in one chapter earlier.
Propose
The consult, the planning, the setup, the shot. This is the new offer, and it's where you come in.
Engage
The couple is already a warm lead into everything SCC does next: engagement content, save-the-dates, the whole run-up. No cold outreach required, they're already ours.
Wed
The proposal fee comes back off their wedding booking. This is the part no proposal-only competitor can offer, because they don't have a wedding side at all.

Grounded against what SCC's wedding packages already charge. These are the numbers on the table right now, not the numbers we're stuck with. If they need to move once we know your split, they move.
- One location, simple setup: petal path, candles, or a small arch/sign
- Planner-coordinated timing
- Photographer only, private gallery in 48 hours
- No video, no dinner or party
- Everything in The Ask
- Fuller install: floral arch, pathway lighting, custom signage, on-site toast
- Short-form videographer, reel-length
- A coordinated reveal moment, partner led in unaware
- Everything in The Reveal
- Their choice: a coordinated dinner reservation, or a small surprise gathering with friends and family staged nearby
- Full video coverage of the proposal and whichever celebration they pick
What we'd each bring
Sullivan Creative Co brings
- Photo and film, the part SCC already does well and is booked for weekly
- An existing wedding pipeline: real couples already moving through SCC's wedding guide and booking page
- The brand and editorial eye, so this doesn't read like a stock proposal package
- The follow-through: the same team shows up again for the wedding
What we're looking for
- Someone who runs point on the day itself: timing, vendors, the room
- Real local relationships for install, decor, and the dinner or gathering leg
- A name and a real comp split, worked out together, not guessed at alone
- Someone who wants to build this as a real line of business, not a one-off favor
If they book their wedding with SCC within 18 months, the full proposal fee is credited toward that booking. Nobody pays twice, and it's the strongest reason for a couple to pick this over a photographer-for-hire. On The Celebration tier, that's most of a wedding deposit covered before they've even set a date.
